Predmetom zákazky je poskytovanie služieb regionálnej autobusovej dopravy vo verejnom záujme na území dopravného regiónu Dunajská Streda, ktorý je na účely tohto verejného obstarávania rozdelený na dve samostatne vyhodnocované časti zodpovedajúce okresu Dunajská Streda a okresu Galanta. Predmet zákazky zahŕňa najmä zabezpečenie dopravnej obslužnosti podľa schválených cestovných poriadkov a Prepravného poriadku technicky spôsobilými autobusmi, správu označníkov zastávok, predaj cestovných lístkov a poskytovanie ostatných súvisiacich služieb podľa návrhov Zmlúv a ich príloh. Obstarávané služby sú službami vo verejnom záujme podľa Nariadenia EP a Rady (ES) č. 1370/2007 a zákona č. 332/2023 Z. z. o verejnej osobnej doprave v platnom znení.
