Το έργο αφορά εργασίες ασφαλούς παροχέτευσης προς τον τελικό αποδέκτη των πλημμυρικών παροχών που προέρχονται από τις λεκάνες απορροής των εποχικών υδατορεμάτων, όμορων προς την Σπερχειάδα και Παλιοβράχα , οι οποίες λόγω της κλιματικής αλλαγής, της εκδηλωθείσας ήδη με τα έντονα καιρικά φαινόμενα των ισχυρών βροχοπτώσεων Ιανού, Daniel και Elias, έχουν καταστεί ιδιαιτέρως έντονες και δημιουργούν αυξημένο πλημμυρικό κίνδυνο για την ζωή και την ασφάλεια των κατοίκων. Συνοπτικά περιλαμβάνει: Α. Αγωγούς παροχέτευσης των ομβρίων, προερχομένων από τις λεκάνες απορροής χειμάρρων εποχικών υδατορεμάτων, για την διόδευση αυτών προς τους αντίστοιχους τελικούς αποδέκτες, Β.
