Tilattavana hankintana on sosiaali- ja terveysministeriölle uusi hankinnan kohde, joka toteutetaan osana pääministeri Orpon hallitusohjelman mukaista Hyvän työn ohjelmaa. Hankinnan kohteena on asiantuntijatyönä toteutettava sisällöntuotanto, jossa työntekijöiden ja työnantajien tueksi kehitetään työvälineitä ja työkäytäntöjä kielitaidon varmistamiseen eli kielen oppimiseen ja kielitaidon selvittämiseen yhteiselle oppimisalustalle. Tämä hankinta rajautuu sisällöntuotantoon. Sisällöntuotannon kautta kehitetyt työvälineet ja työkäytännöt julkaistaan Kielibuusti.fi-palvelussa, jonka tekninen kehittäminen toteutetaan erillisellä sopimuksella. Hankintaa ei jaeta osiin. Hankkeen eri osa-alueiden toteuttaminen ei voi tapahtua eri toimittajien toimesta siten että hankinta jaettaisiin osiin, sillä eri osa-alueet muodostavat kiinteän kokonaisuuden. Hankintayksikkö valitsee yhden (1) Toimittajan. Hankkeella tulee olla yksi Toimittaja ja Toimittaja voi käyttää alihankkijoita.
