Tilaajan SafeQ turvatulostusympäristö säilyy ennallaan ja tarjottavien monitoimilaitteiden tulee olla täysin yhteensopivia ko. turvatulostuksen kanssa. Tilaajan turvatulostusympäristöön tekemä investointi on merkittävä ja sitä ei voida vaihtaa. Toimittajalta edellytetään tarjottavan tulostinympäristön hallintaa kokonaisvaltaisesti sisältäen mm. seuraavat asiat: - laitteet palveluna, niiden toimitus sekä käyttökuntoon saattaminen. Huolto ja tarvikkeet, viankorjaus - asiakaspalvelu loppukäyttäjille, käyttöneuvonta - muutokset, laitesiirrot ja -poistot, raportointi - SafeQ turvatulostusympäristön operointi ja lisenssien myynti - Laitteisiin liittyviä optiota Tarjoajan tulee tarjota kokonaisuutta.
