Upphandlingen omfattar kommunens behov av kopierings- och tryckeritjänster. Upphandlingen består av två delområden och det första avser kopieringstjänster i både svart/vitt och färg samt tillhörande tjänster såsom efterbehandling, kuvertering och utskick. Fysiska kopior ska kunna levereras utifrån färdiga original och material som kan komma att efterfrågas är exempelvis kallelser, protokoll, mötesunderlag, informationsblad, häften, brev och meddelanden. Upphandlingens andra delområde avser tryckeritjänster i form av digitaltryck och offsettryck samt tillhörande tjänster. Trycksaker ska kunna tillhandahållas i både svart/vitt och färg och består av exempelvis visitkort, kuvert, korrespondenskort, vykort, foldrar, broschyrer, affischer, flyers, kataloger, kartor, dekaler, enklare skyltar och roll-ups. Vidare ska leverantören även kunna tillhandahålla produktion och montering av folie/utskuren vinyl för både inomhus- och utomhusbruk.
