What the buyer is looking for
The procurement relates to a construction contract that will be carried out in connection with the existing waterworks, Görvälnverket, in full operation. The contract is almost exclusively covered by the execution of in-situ concrete structures with high water-tightness requirements and the control of materials that will be in future contact with drinking water. A high incidence of penetrations in waterproof structures, some prefab and pipe installations may occur. The contract includes work with high pool walls and some parts of hardening class 4, which requires good planning. Estimated concrete volume is about 9300 m3, of which about 60% are waterproof structures/basins. In parallel with this contract, side contracts will be carried out, which will entail extensive coordination. Contracts will be signed with one (1) contractor.
