Het onderwerp van de aanbesteding bestaat voor perceel 1 uit logistiek verkiezingen en opslag en voor perceel 2 uit verhuisdiensten en opslag, het één en ander conform het Programma van eisen opgenomen in Bijlage 4 van het Beschrijvend document. Voor perceel 1: Gemiddeld vindt er elk jaar één verkiezing of stemming plaats. Om inzicht te krijgen in de planning van verkiezingen in de komende periode kunt u kijken op de site www.kiesraad.nl. Het aantal verkiezingen kan wisselen als bijvoorbeeld het kabinet valt. Hieraan kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend. Voor perceel 2: De inzet van personeel varieert per jaar, maar wij verwachten gemiddeld circa 20 opdrachten per jaar. Deze opdrachten lopen uiteen van kleine werkzaamheden, zoals het plaatsen van meubilair vanuit de opslag, tot grotere verhuisbewegingen van ongeveer 20 werkplekken. De opslag betreft een structurele dienstverlening gedurende de contractperiode. Daarnaast zullen de werkzaamheden voor de ballonhal naar verwachting jaarlijks terugkeren. Hieraan kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
