Die Stadt Bebra beabsichtigt die Fachplanungsleistungen für Frei- und Verkehrsanlagen für den Neubau eines Familienzentrums mit Kita, Begegnungsstätte/Cafeteria, Familienbüro, Bücherei und Seminarräumen zu beauftragen. In diesem Verfahren sollen die Leistungsphasen 5-9 aus den Leistungsbild Freianlagen und Verkehrsanlagen vergeben werden. Die Kosten für die Freianlagen/Verkehrsanlagen werden mit ca. 2,2 Mio. EUR veranschlagt. Die Außenanlagen für Kita und Krippe sind mit ca. 2.000 m² sowie Verkehrs- und Stellplatzflächen mit ca. 2.500 m² vorgesehen. Die Planung soll modellbasiert erfolgen, so dass ein Datenaustausch zwischen den Planungsbeteiligten per IFC Schnittstelle erfolgen kann.
