Insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund der großflächigen Entsiegelung ist zu prüfen inwieweit im Untergrund vorhandene Schadstoffe durch eintretendes Niederschlagswasser mobilisiert werden können und damit eine Gefährdung für das Grundwasser darstellen. Darüber hinaus ist die Gefährdung über den Wirkungspfad Boden-Mensch aufgrund der Entfernung der Versiegelung ebenfalls zu prüfen.
