Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je získání hospodářských dat za rok 2025 v odvětví akvakultury v České republice. Tím bude zajištěno splnění požadavků stanovených právními předpisy EU, a to konkrétně nařízením Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2017/1004 o vytvoření rámce Unie pro shromažďování, správu a využívání údajů v odvětví rybolovu a pro podporu vědeckého poradenství pro společnou rybářskou politiku, dále rozhodnutím Komise (EU) 2021/1167 a prováděcím rozhodnutím Komise (EU) 2021/1168. Podrobná specifikace předmětu plnění je vymezena v příloze č. 1 zadávací dokumentace – Závazný návrh „Smlouvy o zajištění sběru dat v akvakultuře za rok 2025“, včetně příloh (dále také jen „Smlouva“).
