The subject of performance also includes: the transport and delivery of the Goods to the place of performance referred to in Article III(5) of the Draft Contract and their removal to the place of installation as instructed by the contracting authority; b) installation, configuration and implementation of the Goods as a functional unit into the existing infrastructure in the customer's environment, including commissioning together with implementation into monitoring, all in accordance with Annex 1a to the Draft Contract; c) handing over documents and documents related to the use of the Goods, in particular technical documentation, including documentation of parameters, configurations and settings, in Czech or English in electronic form (PDF or MS Word format); the declaration of conformity; the operational documentation; delivery notes, warranty certificates for individual components, as well as documentation pursuant to Annex 1a to the Draft Contract; d) providing the right to use those parts or components of the Goods that represent or contain copyrighted works or other intellectual property rights, to the extent specified in the Draft Contract; e) training of designated employees of the contracting authority in the number of a maximum of 5 persons in the range of a minimum of 5 working days for the operation and configuration of the Goods, including the determination of routine maintenance after signing the Implementation Protocol, and also in the number of a maximum of 5 persons in the range of 5 working days during the duration of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "operator training"). For this setting, the Supplier shall provide the Customer with an overview of the basic required control parameters; f) Examination of the functionality of the Goods by a trial operation, including the performance of acceptance tests pursuant to Article VI of the Draft Contract (hereinafter collectively also referred to as the "subject of performance"). Service support pursuant to 3.1(b) of this Contract will be provided by the Supplier for a period of 5 years from the signing of the Handover Protocol pursuant to Article VI(3) of the Draft Contract. Part of Service Support is the provision of all updates and upgrades issued by the manufacturer for the entire warranty period and for the duration of Service Support.
