Dále zajištění kontinuity provozu KIS, řešení incidentů a požadavků zadavatele, provádění nezbytných změn a optimalizací, zajištění provozní a bezpečnostní stability systému, správa technologických závislostí, release/change management, databázové migrace, aktualizace provozní dokumentace a součinnost při převzetí a případném ukončení poskytování služeb (exit).
