Perkančioji organizacija – Vidaus reikalų ministerijos Medicinos centras. Pirkimo objektą, sudaro: 1) reagentai, kalibratoriai, kontrolinės medžiagos, eksploatacinės medžiagos ir kitos tyrimų atlikimui būtinos priemonės (toliau kartu – Prekės); 2) panaudos pagrindais įsigyjami tyrimų analizatoriai ir kita jų veikimui ir (ar) tyrimų atlikimui būtina techninė bei programinė įranga (toliau kartu – Įranga); 3) paslaugos, susijusios su Įrangos naudojimu ir priežiūra, nurodytos Prekių pirkimo–pardavimo sutartyje (toliau – Paslaugos).
