Etelä-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue pyytää tarjouksia henkilö- ja pakettiautojen huolto- ja pesupalveluista. Tavoitteena on saada järjestettyä huolto- ja pesupalvelut koko hyvinvointialueen alueella lähipalveluna. Etelä-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen henkilöstön käytössä on noin 250 henkilö- ja pakettiautoa erilaisissa käyttötarkoituksissa. Kolarikorjaus ei kuulu tämän sopimuksen piiriin. Avoin menettely ja avoin sopimusjärjestelymenettely sekä palveluntuottajarekisteri. Avoimella sopimusjärjestelyllä pyritään toteuttamaan Tilaajan ja Tilaajan asiakkaiden tarpeet huomioivat, vaikuttavat ja kohtuuhintaiset palvelut sekä taata Tilaajalle tuotettavien palvelujen saatavuus lähellä loppukäyttäjiä. Avoimeen sopimusjärjestelyyn ja sen palveluntuottajarekisteriin hyväksytään kaikki tarjouspyynnön vaatimukset ja muut ehdot täyttävät palveluntuottajat, joista muodostuu palveluntuottajarekisteri. Tilaaja valitsee palveluntuottajarekisteristä toimeksiantoihin hankintakauden aikana tarpeeseensa sopivan/sopivat kumppanit toimintansa tarpeeseen. Rekisteri tullaan avaamaan kerran vuodessa, jolloin kaikki kriteerit täyttävät yritykset hyväksytään mukaan järjestelyyn.
