Kanta-Hämeen hyvinvointialueen Ahveniston sairaalan isotooppiosasto kilpailuttaa käyttövalmiit PET radiolääkkeet ja terapia-tuotteet. Hankinnan kohteen kriteereissä on esitetty arvioitu vuosikulutus kullekin tuotteelle. Määrät ovat arvioita, eivätkä sido tilaajaa. On mahdollista, että osaa kilpailutetuista tuotteista ei tilata ollenkaan, jos esim. kyseisille tutkimuksille/hoidoille ei ole kysyntää. Hankinta on jaettu useisiin osa-alueisiin ja ja osatarjoukset ovat sallittuja. Kyseessä on puitejärjestely, jonka sopimuskausi on neljä (4) vuotta. Puitesopimukseen hyväksytään kaikki tarjoajat, jotka täyttävät tarjouspyynnön ehdot. Hankinnat toteutetaan sopimuskauden aikana hinnan perusteella muodostetun etusijajärjestyksen mukaisesti siten, että edullisin toimittaja on ensisijainen. Mikäli ensisijainen toimittaja ei kykene toimittamaan tuotetta tilaajan edellyttämässä aikataulussa tai muutoin täyttämään tilauksen ehtoja, tilaajalla on oikeus tehdä hankinta seuraavaksi edullisimmalta toimittajalta. Jos ensisijaisen toimittajan toimituskyvyssä ilmenee toistuvia puutteita enemmän kuin 5 kpl kalenterivuoden aikana, tilaajalla on oikeus siirtyä käyttämään etusijajärjestyksessä seuraavaa toimittajaa myös jatkossa kyseisen tuotteen osalta. Toimittajan tulle antaa vastaus kyselyihin 24 h kuluessa viestin lähettämisestä. Viikonloppuisin ja arkipyhinä saapuneiden kyselyiden osalta vastausaika alkaa seuraavana arkipäivänä.
