Tämän hankinnan kohteena on kiinteistöyhtiön M-talonkiinteistöyhtiön hallinnassa olevien tilojen sekä Ruutipuiston koulun siivouspalvelut ajalle 1.1.2027-31.12.2028. Siivouksen tulee tapahtua ma-pe klo 14.00 – 20.00 välisenä aikana. Siivoajille annetaan kulkutunnisteet tiloihin pääsyä varten ja heitä vaaditaan salassapitovelvollisuuden noudattamista. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1. Hankinnan kohteenkuvaus. Siivottavassa kohteessa järjestetään katselmus 29.9.2026.Katselmus pidetään kello 13.00-15.00. Tänä aikana palveluntarjoajat voivat tutustua tiloihin. Katselmuksen aikana ei ole mahdollista keskustella hankintamenettelyyn liittyvistä asioista. Palvelun tarjoajien tulee ilmoittautua 25.9.2024 kello 16.00 mennessä katselmukseen osoitteeseen [email protected]. Katselmukseen osallistuminen ei ole pakoinen ehto tarjouksen jättämiselle. Kilpailutus sisältää option palveluiden ostamisesta 1.1.-31.12.2029 väliseksi ajaksi.
