Hankinta kattaa Senaatti-kiinteistöjen jäähdytys-, ilmastointi- ja lämpöpumppulaitteiden lakisääteiset huolto-, korjaustyöt ja määräaikaistarkastukset sekä mahdolliset pienet asennustyöt. Liitteenä tiedoksi laitteiden kokonaismäärät kilpailutusalueittain. Hankintaan sisältyy tilaajan oikeus palveluihin liittyvien uusien laitteiden hankintaan toimittajalta sekä niiden asennukset että vanhojen laitteiden saneeraukset. Hankinta ei sisällä määräostovelvoitetta, eli tilaajalla on myös oikeus hankkia hankinnan kohde kokonaan tai osittain jollain muulla tavalla. Edelliseen perustuen tilaaja voi esimerkiksi halutessaan kilpailuttaa erikseen uusien laitteiden hankinnat ja laitteiden saneeraukset.
