Stockholms universitet och Kungliga tekniska högskolan har behov av översättningar mellan svenskt teckenspråk och talad eller skriven svenska eller engelska. Det huvudsakliga behovet avser framför allt sådant material som lärare normalt behöver översätta för sin undervisning. Studenter som inom ramen för undervisningen behöver få visst material översatt till teckenspråk är den primära målgruppen för de tjänster som upphandlas enligt detta ramavtal. Det kan även röra översättning av en specifik tentamen.
