Het doel van de aanbesteding is het sluiten van een Overeenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer voor gecoördineerde fotografie en videoproductie in het buitenland. De Aanbestedende dienst gaat uit van een geraamde totale opdrachtwaarde, inclusief optiejaren, van circa € 700.000,- exclusief btw en exclusief indexering. Deze geraamde totale opdrachtwaarde is indicatief en vormt een inschatting van de te verwachten omvang van de opdracht. Aan deze raming kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend. De maximale waarde van de onder deze Raamovereenkomst af te nemen opdrachten bedraagt € 840.000,- exclusief btw, inclusief indexatie, gedurende de gehele looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst. Dit bedrag vormt de absolute en bindende bovengrens van de totale waarde van alle op basis van deze Raamovereenkomst af te nemen opdrachten. Zodra deze maximale waarde is bereikt, kunnen onder de Raamovereenkomst geen verdere opdrachten meer worden geplaatst.
