Die Eignung ist für die zu vergebende Leistung durch Eintragung in die Liste des Vereins für Präqualifizierung von Bauunternehmen e.V. oder vorläufig durch die ausgefüllte Eigenerklärung zur Eignung gem. FB 124 oder durch die Einheitliche Europäische Eigenerkl… ▸▾
Die Eignung ist für die zu vergebende Leistung durch Eintragung in die Liste des Vereins für Präqualifizierung von Bauunternehmen e.V. oder vorläufig durch die ausgefüllte Eigenerklärung zur Eignung gem. FB 124 oder durch die Einheitliche Europäische Eigenerklärung (EEE) nachzuweisen. Gelangt das Angebot eines nicht präqualifizierten Bieters in die engere Wahl sind die im FB 124 oder der EEE genannten Bescheinigungen innerhalb von 6 Kalendertagen nach Aufforderung vorzulegen. Beruft sich der Bieter auf die Fähigkeiten anderer Bieter zur Erfüllung des Auftrags, so ist die jeweilige Nummer im Präqualifikationsverzeichnis oder die Erklärung nach FB 124 oder EEE auch für diese Unternehmen auf Verlangen vorzulegen. Bescheinigungen, die nicht in deutscher Sprache abgefasst sind, ist eine Übersetzung in deutscher Sprache beizufügen. Das FB 124 liegt den Ausschreibungsunterlagen bei.
