Radovi koji su predmet ovog postupka javne nabave odnose se na cjelovitu rekonstrukciju postojećih građevina, koja obuhvaća uklanjanje dotrajalih dijelova konstrukcije i aneksa, konstrukcijsku sanaciju i ojačanje objekata, zamjenu vanjske i unutarnje stolarije, međukatnih konstrukcija, podova te svih instalacijskih sustava, ugradnju novih sustava grijanja, hlađenja i ventilacije, kao i izvedbu svih ostalih građevinskih, obrtničkih i instalaterskih radova potrebnih za potpuno funkcionalan rad objekta. Projektom su također predviđeni reorganizacija unutarnjih prostora, prilagodba novoj funkcionalnoj namjeni te usklađenje projektne dokumentacije s novim potrebama investitora i važećim propisima.
