Predmet nabave je izrada projektne dokumentacije s projektantskim nadzorom i izvođenje radova cjelovite, konstrukcijske i nekonstrukcijske obnove 13 potresom oštećenih zgrada u Zagrebu – Blok Svačić kako je uređeno Zakonom o obnovi, Programom mjera, Zakonom o gradnji te vezanim propisima kojima se uređuje obnova kao i propisima kojima se uređuje obavljanje poslova i djelatnosti prostornog uređenja i gradnje te svakoj naknadnoj izmjeni i dopuni tih propisa. Opseg aktivnosti ugovaratelja uključuje: 1. projektiranje i projektantski nadzor: • cjelovita obnova zgrade • konstrukcijska obnova zgrade • poravak nekonstrukcijskih elemenata zgrada 2. izvođenje radova : • cjelovite obnove zgrade • konstrukcijske obnove zgrade • popravak nekonstrukcijskih elemenata zgrade po načelu obračuna „ključ u ruke“ do pune funkcionalnosti prema Zakonu o obnovi, sukladno članku 630.
