Projektnim zadatkom predviđa se rekonstrukcija dilatacije br. 7, dok se ostale dilatacije zadržavaju i ostaju nepromijenjene osim u kontakt zoni sa dilatacijom br. 7 i to na dijelu nadogradnje kata gdje je dilataciju br. 7 potrebno povezati sa ostatkom škole, pa je zbog toga potrebno ukloniti prostor arhive tajništva. Ukinuti prostor dobit će novu poziciju u rekonstruiranom dijelu dilatacije br. 7. Predmetna dilatacija br. 7 se nalazi na jugoistočnom dijelu obuhvata osnovne škole. Dilatacija u postojećem stanju ima samo prizemnu etažu koja obuhvaća dio učioničkog trakta s kabinetima, spremištima i sanitarijama. Rekonstrukcijom se planira dogradnja prizemne etaže na istočnom, jugoistočnom i sjevernom dijelu, te nadogradnja 1. kata. Rekonstrukcijom prizemlja planira se na istočnoj strani ukloniti jedna postojeća učionica kako bi se na njenom mjestu izvelo novo stubište i kabinet, te sa južne strane dogradila nova učionica, a postojeće spremište na sjevernoj strani bi se prenamijenilo u garderobu. Na sjevernoj strani dilatacije planira se dogradnja natkrivenog trijema koji bi se povezao sa postojećim trijemom glavnog ulaza u zgradu osnovne škole, te tako činilo cjelinu. Iznad prizemlja izvela bi se nadogradnja - 1. kat koju bi činile pet učionica razredne nastave, jedna učionica specijalizirane nastave, kabineti, spremište, sanitarije za učenike i sanitarije za osobe sa invaliditetom. Izvođači su obvezni međusobno koordinirati izvođenje radova, organizaciju gradilišta, korištenje pristupnih puteva, dopremu materijala i korištenje mehanizacije, na način koji omogućuje da se na dijelu škole koji nije u zoni obuhvata, nastava odvija nesmetano. Projektnu dokumentaciju za izgradnju predmetne građevine izradio je APG-INŽENJERING d.o.o., Josipa Zorića 62, Dugo Selo, a glavni projektant je Lidija Grebenar, dipl. ing. arh.
