Javno naročilo je razdeljeno na sklopa: Sklop 1: NABAVA ČITALCA ZA MIKROMREŽE Z VZDRŽEVANJEM IN POTROŠNIM MATERIALOM Sklop 2: NABAVA SEKVENATORJA ZA GENOMSKE ANALIZE Z VZDRŽEVANJEM IN POTROŠNIM MATERIALOM Predmet javnega naročila je tudi: dobava potrošnega materiala in sicer za obdobje 4-ih (štirih) let od sklenitve okvirnega sporazuma (za oba sklopa); vzdrževanje opreme, ki zajema tako preventivno vzdrževanje opreme (vzdrževanje po navodilih proizvajalca) kot tudi korektivno vzdrževanje opreme (odprava napak) za obdobje sedmih (7) let od datuma primopredaje opreme (za oba sklopa). Predmet javnega naročila je podrobneje opredeljen v Specifikaciji zahtev naročnika in razpisni dokumentaciji. Ponudnik mora ponuditi vso razpisano opremo, potrošni material za obdobje 4 let in vsa vzdrževalna dela (za obdobje 7 let od primopredaje opreme) v okviru predmeta javnega naročila za posamezni sklop, za katerega oddaja ponudbo.
