Predmetom zákazky je preventívna údržba a výkon neplánovaných opráv, zabezpečenie špeciálnych činností súvisiacich s dodržaním legislatívy a technických podmienok zariadení a systémov kontroly a riadenia (SKR), ktoré pozostávajú z: - preventívnej údržby, - kontroly vybraných zariadení SKR v JAVYS, a. s. v zmysle vyhlášky Úradu jadrového dozoru Slovenskej republiky č. 103/2016 Z. z., ktorou sa mení a dopĺňa vyhláška Úradu jadrového dozoru Slovenskej republiky č. 430/2011 Z. z. o požiadavkách na jadrovú bezpečnosť, - neplánovanej (korektívnej) údržby, - zabezpečenia náhradných dielov. Ďalší opis a náležitosti plnenia predmetu zákazky sú dané prílohami súťažných podkladov a to: a) Príloha č. 1 „Špecifikácia Služieb“ k zmluve, ktorá tvorí Prílohu č. 2 súťažných podkladov, b) Príloha č. 1a „Výkaz na ocenenie predmetu zákazky“ formulára Ponuka, ktorý tvorí Prílohu č. 1 súťažných podkladov.
