Predmetom zákazky je rekonštrukcia klimatizačných zariadení, ktorá zahŕňa: - vypracovanie a dodanie realizačnej projektovej dokumentácie vrátane zapracovania pripomienok a schválenia dokumentácie verejným obstarávateľom, - dodávku chladiacich zariadení (vonkajšie a vnútorné jednotky), podľa schválenej projektovej dokumentácie, - demontážne a inštalačné práce, stavebné práce, vrátane dodávky ostatného materiálu, - individuálne, funkčné a komplexné vyskúšanie, vyhodnotenie realizovaných skúšok, vypracovanie a schválenie sprievodnej technickej dokumentácie a dokumentácie skutočného vyhotovenia stavby, výkon revízie elektro zariadení, odovzdania diela. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky tvorí časť C.
