Hankinnan kohteena on Broadcom (VMware) VCF palvelu ja siihen liittyvät erikseen tilattavat tukipalvelut sekä Advanced Services-palvelut. Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisesti tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Tilaaja valitsee yhden (1) toimittajan, jonka kanssa se tekee sopimuksen. Hankintasopimusta tulee käyttämään ainoastaan Istekki Oy ja syntyvän sopimuksen osapuolina ovat ainoastaan Istekki Oy ja valittu Toimittaja. Selvyyden vuoksi todetaan, että Istekin asiakkaat eivät ole tämän kilpailutuksen tai sen perusteella tehtävän hankintasopimuksen sopijapuolia. Hankintasopimus tulee voimaan, kun molemmat Osapuolet ovat sen allekirjoittaneet. Sopimus on voimassa 1.4.2030 saakka. Sopimuksen mukaiset Lisenssit ja Palvelut ovat Tilaajan käytettävissä viimeistään 1.4.2027 klo 00:00. Tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt hankintamäärät ovat arvioita, eikä sopimus muodosta tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta.
