Turun kaupungin konsernihallinnon hankintapalvelut pyytää kaupunkirakentamisen ja tilat palvelualueen toimeksiannosta tarjouksia Förin liikennöinnistä ajalle 23.4.2027 - 30.4.2029 (+ optio 3 vuotta ajalle 1.5.2029 - 30.4.2032). Liikennöintipalvelu sisältää Förin pitämisen liikenteessä kaupungin määrittelemän aikataulun mukaisesti. Palvelu tuotetaan Förin kulkureitillä Turussa. Jääolosuhteiden salliessa Föri korvataan talvisin joen yli rakennettavalla jääsillalla. Hankintaan sisältyy myös Föri-lautan ylläpito ja kerran vuodessa tapahtuva telakointi ja siihen liittyvät huoltotoimenpiteet liitteenä olevan huolto-ohjelman mukaisesti. Tarvittaessa Turun kaupunki voi tilata palveluntuottajan kautta myös muita tarvittavia korjauksia. Tilaaja antaa palveluntuottajan käyttöön jokilautta Förin sekä Förin toisen rantautumispaikan välittömässä läheisyydessä sijaitsevan taukotilan. Sopimus tehdään yhden palveluntuottajan kanssa. Tilaaja ei sitoudu tiettyyn hankinnan arvoon tai volyymiin.
