Lapin hyvinvointialue pyytää tarjouksia mammografiatutkimuspalveluista lausuntoineen Lapin hyvinvointialueen ja Työterveys Lappica Oy:n tarpeisiin. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen (2) osa-alueeseen, joista tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen joko yhteen tai molempiin: 1. Mammografiatutkimuspalvelut lausuntoineen Rovaniemellä: Palvelu tuotetaan Palveluntuottajan toimitiloissa Rovaniemellä. 2. Mammografiatutkimuspalvelut lausuntoineen Kemijärvellä: Palvelu tuotetaan Tilaajan toimitiloissa Kemijärvellä Tilaajan laitteilla. Kummallekin osa-alueelle valitaan yksi (1) Palveluntuottaja. Palveluntuottajan tulee sitoutua tuottamaan palvelu kokonaisuudessaan tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankittavien palvelujen tarkempi sisältö ja sitä koskevat ehdottomat vaatimukset on kuvattu liitteessä 1 Palvelukuvaus ja ehdottomat vaatimukset. Palvelukuvauksessa esitetyt hankintamäärät ovat arvioita, joiden mukaiseen palvelutuotantoon tarjoajalla tulee olla valmius sopimuskauden ja mahdollisten optiokausien aikana. Hankintayksikkö ei sitoudu tiettyihin hankintamääriin, vaan hankinnan määrä riippuu tarpeesta. Hankinnalla täydennetään Tilaajan omaa palvelutuotantoa. Palvelutuotannon suunniteltu aloitusajankohta Rovaniemellä on 1.12.2026 ja Kemijärvellä 1.2.2027. Kyseessä on julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista annetun lain (1397/2016) 25 §:n 1 momentin 3 kohdan mukainen kansallisen kynnysarvon ylittävä liitteen E mukainen sosiaali- ja terveyspalveluhankinta. Tarjouspyyntö muodostuu tästä hankintailmoituksesta ja sen liitteistä.
