Uppdraget avser utstädning av lägenheter inom särskilt boende, städningen ska ske inom 48 timmar från beställning. Bakgrund: För att få ett bättre resursnyttjande av de lägenheter som finns inom särskilt boende i Umeå kommun (centrala stan inklusive Holmsund/Obbola, Hörnefors, samt Sävar) har ledningen för äldreomsorgen fattat beslut att ge närstående möjlighet till gratis utstädning. En förutsättning för att få gratis utstädning är att lägenheten lämnas inom fem dagar efter det att den boende har avlidit. Detta kommer att vara ett erbjudande som närstående har att ta ställning till om de vill nyttja eller ej. Genom att minska uppsägningstiden kan ny hyresgäst snabbare erbjudas inflyttning till boendet. Därmed finns även en förhoppning att personer som är medicinskt färdigbehandlade snabbare får möjlighet att flytta till särskilt boende istället för att vara kvar på sjukhuset.
