RSJ IJsselland wenst FACT structureel te verankeren als erkende voorziening binnen perceel 7 Voorzieningfinanciering van de Raamovereenkomst Specialistische Jeugdhulp. Door opname in perceel 7 wordt bewerkstelligd dat: • FACT wordt bekostigd via het reguliere iJw-berichtenverkeer op basis van functiegerichte tarieven ter dekking van de FACT-specifieke meerkosten. • FACT-gebruik per cliënt en per gemeente inzichtelijk en herleidbaar is, waarmee rechtmatigheidsverantwoording en accountantscontrole (eis 54 inkoopdocument) op dezelfde wijze toepasbaar zijn als bij de overige percelen. • FACT-gebruik als perceel 7 voorziening zichtbaar wordt binnen de monitoringssystemen als ambulant alternatief. • Het product opengesteld is voor alle aanbieders die voldoen aan de aanvullende toetredingseisen, waarmee marktwerking en keuzevrijheid worden geborgd.
