Das Universitätsklinikum Münster (UKM) ist eines der größten Krankenhäuser Deutschlands, in dessen Einrichtungen jährlich rund 58.000 Patienten stationär und 475.500 Patienten ambulant behandelt werden. Ziel der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung zur Beschaffung von Hybrid-Inkubatoren für das Universitätsklinikums Münster (im weiteren Verlauf zur besseren Lesbarkeit als AG bezeichnet). Die Neubeschaffung soll die Patientenversorgung auf universitärem Niveau sicherzustellen und die baulichen Besonderheiten (dezentrale Gebäudestruktur, Station in Türmen) berücksichtigen.
