For orders above the national threshold, the client mini-tenders the design services from among the framework contract partners on a project-by-project basis. If the national or EU threshold for service procurement changes during the contract period or option periods, the above-mentioned subscription terms and conditions shall be applied in accordance with the national threshold in force at any given time.
