What the buyer is looking for

The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is carrying out a capacity increase of the existing facility and an additional need has been identified for the construction of a new building for employment and personnel. The building will be constructed within the existing construction area and the construction will thus be carried out taking into account ongoing activities and other work in the area. The contract mainly includes the construction of a new building of approximately 4 370 m2 BTA, designed to support the Prison and Probation Service's daily work. The building contains premises for varied employment activities in the form of simple production, assembly and processing work, teaching and operational programme activities in the form of structured group and individual training activities, as well as office and staff space for administration.
