What the buyer is looking for
The subject is the construction of 4 buildings - warehouses on the facilities BVP II Smilov, SBV Přáslavice, PS Daskabát and SST Velká Střelná. The buildings will be identical in the subsequent specification: construction of a warehouse hall (walled or light steel structures), tempered to at least 15°C, measuring 35 x 15 m, with a wall height of 5 m and a gable roof with a slope of 15°, illuminated (windows, ceiling skylights), floor with a non-slip surface, with a load capacity of 3 000 kg/m2; two 4 x 4 m gates, with integrated entrance doors (0.9 x 2.0 m), electrical, light and socket circuits (230 V and 400 V) to ensure the charging of target lift sources. The need to strengthen transformer stations on individual devices is assumed. It will include the construction of a paved access road with a width of 3 m in the length of 50 to 100 m for the arrival of trucks with a maximum weight of 40 t.
