… Authority shall consider the delivery of the Integrated Security Forms Information System, the related services for its implementation, as well as the digital identity and authentication services (hereinafter referred to as the “Main Project”) to be a reasonable period of 18 months. As part of the Main Project, the Contractor must implement and deliver the following: Implementation Study Delivery of Project Equipment and Ready Software Implementation Services of Development Environment - Operational Operation and Development, Integration Services Trial migration and Acceptance Test Period Training Trial Period After the final delivery and receipt of the Main Project, the operation and maintenance period of ten (10) years begins, during which the contractor will provide the following services: - Operation and maintenance of the system - On site support - Telecommunications services - Supply of other consumable materials (envelopes, barcode labels, cartons). - Supply and Personalization of security forms In particular: Period A (3 years): During the first three (3) years after final acceptance of the Main Project, the contracting authority will procure 6,420,000 ID1 security forms and 1,050,000 ID3 security forms. Period B (7 years): During the remaining seven (7) years of the contract duration, the contracting authority will procure up to 32,580,000 ID1 security forms and up to 7,150,000 ID3 security forms, according to its needs. At the same time, it will be able to personalize other security forms (ID-1, ID-3 format) in case it is required in the future. At any time during the operation and maintenance period, following a decision of the Contracting Authority, an option may be exercised concerning: a) the extension of the provision of the services of the operation and maintenance period for an additional period of up to 5 years in total, from its initial expiry date, and/or b) the extension of the duration of the supply and the services of personalization of security forms until the quantities of the contract are exhausted and, in any case, not more than five (5) years from the initial expiry date of the operation and maintenance period. The option may be exercised by unilateral declaration of the contracting authority to the contractor once or more times for a minimum period of one (1) year and a maximum period of five (5) years.
