… project relates to 1. construction phase. The building covers approximately 4,386 m2 of usable space for around 160 employees. Contract: Implementation of construction planning services of the Fraunhofer IST Braunschweig - Renovation Building I 1.BA, total costs KG 200-700 (without original equipment) max. 10,800,000 net (without value added tax). The implementation of the project is carried out in the ZBau procedure, including the preparation of an application and construction document as well as a concept discussion with the grantors. Fixed price contract! Fee according to HOAI in accordance with the model contracts of RBBau. Gradual commissioning of the service phases 2-4 and 5-8 HOAI in accordance with the model contracts of RBBau.
