… Exclusion of Hazardous Properties of Waste is available in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on Waste and on Amendments to Certain Other Acts, as amended, and Decree No. 273/2021 Coll., on details of waste management, - the performance of related services related to the Work, such as, in particular, the coordination of the Work, insurance, obtaining decisions of administrative bodies in connection with the implementation of the Work, training, quality management and OSH assurance during the implementation of the Work.
