What the buyer is looking for

Procurement and implementation of an identity and access management (IAM) solution. The ITC is to become the operator and user of the solution. Customers should be able to apply for permissions via an input channel to be defined. The applications are to be processed in a central system interface and implemented via the connection of various end systems. In addition, a service is to be designed through which customers can be adequately involved in the costs of IAM services.
