Predmetom verejného obstarávania je výber zhotoviteľa na zabezpečenie montážnych, inštalačných a stavebných prác potrebných na výmenu osvetlenia, debarierizáciu objektu a výber zhotoviteľa na inštaláciu fotovoltickej elektrárne, a s tým súvisiace elektromontážne práce s celkovým cieľom zníženia spotreby primárnej energie. Predmetom tejto zákazky sú stavebné práce zamerané na zníženie energetickej náročnosti objektu STVR – Štúdiový blok, v areáli STVR Mlynská dolina v Bratislave (k. ú. Karlova Ves, LV č. 183, parc. č. 2920/6). Zámerom verejného obstarávateľa je dosiahnuť zníženie energetickej náročnosti objektu, najmä znížením spotreby elektrickej energie prostredníctvom modernizácie osvetlenia a inštaláciou zariadení využívajúcich obnoviteľné zdroje energie (fotovoltika).
