Kaarinan kaupunki pyytää tarjouksia henkilöstölleen järjestettävistä työterveyspalveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Sopimus on voimassa 1.1.2027 alkaen määräaikaisena viisi (5) vuotta, minkä jälkeen se jatkuu automaattisesti toistaiseksi voimassa olevana sopimuksessa määritellyin irtisanomisajoin. Hankinnan kohteena ovat lakisääteiset ennaltaehkäisevät ja hyvän työterveyshuoltokäytännön mukaiset työterveyshuoltopalvelut sekä työterveyspainotteiset yleislääkäritasoiset sairaanhoitopalvelut. Tilaaja ei sitoudu tiettyihin henkilöstö- ja asiakasmääriin. Määrät on ilmoitettu sitoumuksetta, joten määrät voivat muuttua sopimuskauden aikana esimerkiksi toiminnan muutosten johdosta.
