Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet l'acquisition et le renouvellement des Licences Google Workspace, ainsi que les prestations d'accompagnement associées. Depuis 2016 la suite collaborative Google Workspace est utilisée par les agents, les élus et les apprentis de la Chambre de Métiers et de l’Artisanat de Région PACA. Les licences doivent être renouvelées pour les deux (2) domaines suivants : 1) cmar-paca.fr 2) urma-paca.fr Le descriptif des prestations attendues sont indiquées dans le CCTP et le BPU joints au DCE. Le présent accord-cadre est passé selon la procédure formalisée. Il s'agit d'un appel d'offres ouvert conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2 et R. 2124-1 et R. 2124-2, et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations donnent lieu à un accord-cadre mono attributaire qui s'exécute par bons de commande, sans minimum et avec un maximum en valeur financière. Les bons de commande peuvent être émis jusqu’au terme de la validité de l’accord-cadre.
