Der Neubau erhält zur kontrollierten Be- und Entlüftung zwei zentrale hocheffiziente Lüftungsanlagen, welche wetterfest auf dem Dach vorgesehen sind. Eine Anlage für den Bereich Cluster, eine Anlage für die Bereiche Küche, Mensa, Klassen- und Differenzierungsräume, WCs. Die Verteilung erfolgt über Lüftungskanäle und Wickelfalzrohre. Die Zuluft und Abluft wird über Dralldurchlässe und Tellerventilen eingebracht. In der Mensa wird die Zuluft über Weitwurfdüsen eingebracht. Zum Abgleich der Luftmengen kommen konstant und variable Volumenstromregler zum Einsatz.
