Eine C5-Testierung nach BSI-Standard ist wünschenswert. Der Nachweis der ISO 27001 Zertifizierung muss mit Angebotsabgabe eingereicht werden. .Alle Bieter, die keinen Nachweis einreichen, werden ausgeschlossen.
