The scope includes all necessary software, licences, configuration and integration services, testing, commissioning, migration, documentation, training, maintenance, technical support, cybersecurity updates, lifecycle and obsolescence management required to provide a fully operational and supported SSMS solution. The proposed contract will be for an initial period of eight (8) years, with an option for IÉ to extend the contract for a further three (3) years at its discretion.
