It concerns the purchase of an intelligent (web-based) SaaS application for the automated execution of Zelfcans, acting as a gatekeeper for all earthmovings. Users (engineers, work planners and contractors) must be able to read or manually enter sections. The system then generates a real-time status (Green/Orange/Red) based on map layers for soil, explosive remnants of war, archaeology and flora and fauna, respectively. One Selfcan includes the automated testing on all four research themes (soil quality, archaeology, flora & fauna and explosive remnants of war) In terms of the duration of the Framework Agreement, this amounts to: • Estimated quantity over initial maturity (4 years): approximately 112,000 to 180,000 Self-scans; • Estimated quantity over the total maximum duration (8 years, including both extension options): Approximately 224,000 to 320,000 Self-Cans.
