… Documentation for Railway Construction (PDPS), which elaborates and defines the requirements for the construction into details that specify the subject matter of the Work, taking into account specific products, supplied technologies, technological procedures and production conditions of the Construction Contractor. The PDPS will be implemented only to the extent for the infrastructure of public operators – see the specification of the scope of the Work in Article 4.2 of the Special Technical Conditions. (d) Performance of the Designer’s Supervision during the construction of the PDPS and during the execution of the construction, and only to the extent for the infrastructure of public operators – see the specification of the scope of the Work in Article 4.2 of the Special Technical Conditions. (e) Construction of the construction to the extent according to the approved PDPS and in accordance with the final development consent (construction consent). Detailed specification of the subject of performance of the public contract is regulated in other parts of the tender documentation.
