What the buyer is looking for
The purpose is to conclude a framework agreement with one (1) Contractor for the supply of audiovisual equipment (AV equipment) including the related services. VNOG aims to provide an integral service in which the Contractor is responsible for the delivery, installation, maintenance and management of AV resources as well as for user support in the form of remote telephone support, training courses and digital manuals.
