What the buyer is looking for
The subject-matter of the LP is the acquisition and preservation of 100 tonnes of pork stewed ham (hereinafter also referred to as "ham"). As part of the state material reserves, the ham will be the property of the Czech Republic. The Administration, as the contracting authority, in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the competence of the Administration of State Material Reserves, as amended, ensures the defence and defence of the state, the elimination of the consequences of crisis situations and the protection of vital economic interests of the state. Subject VZ is divided according to ust. Section 35 of the Act in two separate parts, namely: 1st part of the ACR: Acquisition and preservation of 50 tonnes of ham – sliced packaging. 2nd part of the ACR: Acquisition and preservation of 50 tonnes of ham – whole packaging.
