What the buyer is looking for
The object of this dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is food preparation, transport and catering supplies (hereinafter also referred to as products) and related services for Hansel Oy's customers. The products covered by the DPS are divided into three product groups: 1. crockery and utensils, 2. packaging and/or disposable items, and 3. small kitchen appliances and appliances. All products belonging to the DPS target are linked by the fact that they are in contact with food. The products can be used in professional kitchens, as well as in teaching, customer, personnel and accommodation facilities, as well as indoor and outdoor dining. … (including ancillary services), is described in more detail in the request for participation and its annexes, in particular in the annex entitled "Subject matter of the Dynamic Purchasing System". During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit a request to participate. The DPS shall remain in force until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless it is suspended or amended during the period of validity of the DPS. Hansel Oy's customers carry out procurements among candidates approved for DPS through internal tendering procedures within DPS, which may take place during the entire procurement phase of DPS. The acquisition phase of the DPS will begin on 7 September 2026, after the start-up phase, and will end on the expiry of the DPS. Customer contracts may be valid for a maximum of five (5) years. SCOPE OF THE DYNAMIC PROJECT SYSTEM The total estimated value of the DPS does not exceed EUR 40 000 000 (excluding VAT). Hansel Oy's customers may, if they so wish, use the electronic auction referred to in Section 44 of the Procurement Act in internal tendering procedures within DPS.
